Couples Counseling

Our most important relationships provide our greatest joys, sorrows, and fears. These feelings and needs reach deeply into the core of our souls. Connection is vital to our existence as humans, so we experience disconnection in our intimate relationships as a real danger. Whatever the problem - affairs, addiction, communication difficulties, or something else, it is imperative for your happiness to make sure your relationships are on safe ground. I can help you do this.

Because I am committed to helping couples and individuals heal, I received advanced training and supervision in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) for Couples and Building a Lasting Connection (BLC). EFT is a research-based, proven method considered the "gold standard" for couples therapy. I have also received training in the Gottman Marriage Therapy program. *Offered online or in-person.

Family Therapy

Our families are faced with a multitude of challenges. Sometimes we need help making the family system work effectively. Each individual contributes to the whole, and their unique needs, fears, and experiences impact the family's functioning. I use an attachment and systems-based model to help you work towards the good of each individual and the whole family. I have been trained in Emotionally Focused Family Therapy (EFFT) and Building a Lasting Connectin (BLC). Come in today to help get your family back on track. *Offered online or in-person.

Individual Therapy

You may be facing anxiety, grief, depression, relationship stress, unresolved trauma, addiction, or a myriad of other challenges. Studies indicate that EMDR, a trauma therapy, heals trauma quickly and thoroughly, and that it stays fixed. Cognitive Behavior Therapy is also a research-based approach for dealing with these issues.
